Terms & Conditions – Replay Stamford Lego Rental Club

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Lego rental subscription service operated by Replay Stamford (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to our Lego Rental Club, you agree to the terms below.

1. Membership Plans

We currently offer the following subscription options:

Founding Families Membership

£10 per month
Rent 1 Lego set at a time
Limited introductory membership pricing

Standard Membership

£15 per month
Rent 1 Lego set at a time

Double Trouble Membership

£25 per month
Rent 2 Lego sets at a time

Memberships are billed monthly and continue until cancelled.

2. Eligibility

Subscribers must be aged 18 or over.
Memberships are intended for households within the United Kingdom.
The named subscriber is responsible for all rented items.

3. Rental Process

Members may borrow Lego sets up to the number allowed by their subscription.
A new set may only be borrowed once the previous set(s) have been returned.
Sets remain the property of Replay Stamford at all times.

4. Rental Period

There is no strict return deadline provided your subscription remains active.
Members are encouraged to return sets within a reasonable time so stock remains available for all members.
We reserve the right to request the return of a set if demand is high.

5. Condition of Sets

We aim to provide complete and clean Lego sets.

By renting from us, you agree to:

Take reasonable care of all pieces, instructions, and storage containers
Keep sets away from pets, excessive dirt, smoke, water, heat and sunlight
Return sets in a clean and tidy condition

6. Missing or Damaged Pieces

We understand occasional missing pieces happen.

Missing standard pieces may not incur a charge if only a small number are missing.
Excessive missing pieces, damaged parts, or lost instruction manuals may result in a replacement fee.
Charges will reflect the actual replacement cost where possible.

We will always discuss any issues fairly before applying charges.

7. Cleaning Charges

If a returned set requires excessive cleaning due to dirt, food, smoke, or other damage, we may apply a reasonable cleaning fee.

8. Lost Sets

If an entire set is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the subscriber may be charged the replacement value of the set.

9. Subscription Payments

Payments are due monthly in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of membership.
Outstanding rented sets must be returned if membership is cancelled or suspended.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
All rented Lego sets must be returned before cancellation is completed.

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for:

Non-payment
Repeated damage or loss
Abuse of the service
Breach of these terms

11. Delivery & Collection

Where delivery or collection services are offered:

Delivery times are estimates only
Someone must be available to receive deliveries where required
Risk transfers to the member once sets are delivered

12. Safety

Lego sets may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Replay Stamford accepts no liability for misuse of products.

13. Changes to Membership or Pricing

We may occasionally update:

Membership pricing
Available plans
These Terms & Conditions

Members will be given reasonable notice of significant changes.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

Replay Stamford shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
