At Re-Play, we take pride in offering quality preloved toys that have been carefully cleaned, checked, and repackaged. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Condition: Due to the preloved nature of our toys, some wear may be present. Minor imperfections are expected and are not considered defects; we do not accept returns based solely on the item’s preloved appearance.

• How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at replaystamford@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, please ship the item back to us at your own cost.

Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: If the returned item meets our conditions, we will process a refund for the original purchase price, minus any shipping fees.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, if available, or a full refund.
